These terms govern your use of www.confluencebits.com, operated by Confluencebits Ltd (RC 1692154) of 16 Umaru Dikko Street, Jabi, Abuja, Nigeria. By using the site you agree to them. Our product UbiniOS is governed by its own terms at ubinios.com.
2. Using the site
You may use the site to learn about our work and to contact us. You must not:
- use the contact form for anything other than genuine enquiries;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or connected systems;
- scrape, copy or republish the site's content at scale;
- introduce malicious code or interfere with the site's operation.
3. Content and intellectual property
The text, design, code and brand assets on this site belong to Confluencebits Ltd unless stated otherwise. Client names and marks belong to their owners and appear to describe work we have delivered. You may quote short extracts with attribution. Any other reuse needs our written permission.
4. Case studies and figures
Case studies describe engagements as they were at the time. Figures come from project records or award documents and are given in good faith. They describe past work and are not a promise of results on future projects.
5. Enquiries and proposals
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. Any work we agree to do will be set out in a separate written agreement, which will take precedence over these terms for that work.
6. Links to other sites
The site links to third-party sites, including ubinios.com. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

The site is provided as is. We aim to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee that it will be error free, uninterrupted or free of harmful components.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will be heard by the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
